For all stays from 09/02/2023 to 19/11/2023:

• No charge in case of cancellation more than 15 days before the date of arrival
• 30% fee if canceled 15 to 4 days before arrival date
• 100% charge in the event of cancellation less than 4 days before the date of arrival

Reservation Policy

A credit card number is required for any confirmation.

A pre-authorization of the total amount of the stay will be made one month from the date of arrival, which will be canceled as soon as the stay is settled on site. No amount is debited before arrival.

• Unless otherwise stated, the rates displayed are per night and per room. Breakfast and other services are charged per person per day.
• Unless otherwise stated, rates are per night, per room, taxes not included.
• Any forgotten object that is sent following your request will be charged.

COVID Terms

The deposit will be kept for 1 year in view of a postponement of the stay or returned in the event of total confinement if the stay is not postponed.

Right to retract

Article L221-8 of the Consumer Code indicates that no right of withdrawal can be exercised for the provision of accommodation, catering or leisure activity services.

Consumer mediator

After contacting the Management and in the absence of a satisfactory response within 6 months, the customer may contact the Tourism and Travel Mediator (MTV), whose contact details and referral procedures are available on the website www.mtv.travel
